Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and integration of financial processes and controls.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle product accounting, fixed assets, inventory reporting, banking transactions, receivables and payables management, and taxation.
  • Assist with regulatory and audit compliance as necessary.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Supervise office support staff.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and utility services.
