Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in a critical role that drives strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insight provision.

About the Position

This key role is integral to the Finance function, providing crucial support to stakeholders by dissecting financial data and offering actionable recommendations.

The successful candidate will work closely with various business units to identify performance trends, analyze variances, and propose operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the business on high-level financial and commercial decisions
  • Develop and deliver performance dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly analysis
  • Analyze business performance and report significant anomalies
  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives and operational enhancements
  • Establish and maintain budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct advanced data analytics for ad-hoc business cases and in-depth analyses
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Redash, and SQL to create reports supporting informed decision-making
  • Coordinate with accounting for accurate month-end closing and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees such as MBA, ACCA, CA, or CFA are highly desirable
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas within the tech sector
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools
  • Excellent quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities
  • High commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, Redash, and SQL
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
