Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting stakeholders and driving strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive annual/quarterly/monthly budgets and forecasts.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for cost optimization initiatives, providing expert guidance on strategic financial planning.

  • Implement initiatives to control expenditures against allocated budgets for various functions.

  • Create data-driven systems and dashboards to enhance visibility and control over financial spends, informing decision-making processes for stakeholders.

  • Identify and communicate discrepancies or anomalies in spend tracking to Business Leaders and the FP&A function.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance financial systems and processes, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.

  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end book closure and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Advanced degrees like MBA, ACCA, or CFA highly desirable.

  • 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to gathering insights and data for impactful decision-making.

  • Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with a hands-on and ownership-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, Redash, and SQL.
