Test Team Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Test Team Lead, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the high-quality delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  2. Work under pressure to meet project deadlines, delivering results that exceed expectations.
  3. Offer expert IT consultancy services to clients, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
  4. Analyze websites thoroughly, conducting usability and accessibility assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Design, develop, and implement applications, databases, and internet/intranet systems that meet client needs.
Job Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Quality Assurance.
  2. In-depth understanding of automated software testing using top tools like Top Team, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Rational Suite, and Quick Test Pro.
  3. Testing expertise includes formulating test plans, regression testing, performance testing, and proficiency in bug reporting tools.
  4. Experience in user acceptance, usability, unit, front-end, and back-end testing, as well as specialization in GUI and functionality testing, system testing, and performance testing of web and client/server-based applications.
