Job Title: Associate Manager Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Manager Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of the quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, packaging, and finished products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and monitor all activities related to raw, packaging, and process during production.
  • Develop and implement corrective measures and organizational plans in case of non-conformance.
  • Ensure that all raw and packaging materials received comply with specified norms.
  • Design, develop, and implement norms, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Evaluate and analyze CPAR and propose necessary corrective and preventive actions.
  • Implement standards for product and process given by R&D.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system and keep records updated.
  • Conduct training sessions and counseling of individuals and collectively according to requirement and response.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • ISO knowledge and certification.
  • Process improvement knowledge and skills.
  • HACCP and GMP knowledge and certification.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Coordination and cost-consciousness.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Honesty and loyalty.
