Administrative Professional Role

We seek a skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to perform a variety of day-to-day office tasks.

  • Coordinate office administration operations and procedures.
  • Manage the front office and reception area.
  • Oversee and direct administrative staff.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and client requests.
  • Maintain the upkeep of the premises.
  • Interact with clients and customers.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.
  • Prepare invoices and manage accounts.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
  • High proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of graphics designing tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
