Front Desk Officer Role Summary
About the Job- This position is responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and colleagues.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Greetings and Farewells
- Welcome guests professionally and provide assistance as needed.
Phone and Email Management
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Administrative Support
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
Office Security and Compliance
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist HR/Admin department with administrative tasks when required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in front desk or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
