Front Desk Officer Role Summary

About the Job
  • This position is responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and colleagues.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Greetings and Farewells

  • Welcome guests professionally and provide assistance as needed.

Phone and Email Management

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.

Office Security and Compliance

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist HR/Admin department with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in front desk or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
