Key Manufacturing Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading manufacturing teams and drive high-performance product development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop products aligned with market requirements.
  2. Prepare specifications and bill of materials for product design purposes.
  3. Manufacture prototypes for approved contracts and tenders.
  4. Optimize product design to minimize costs.
  5. Select parts for localization or vendorization, coordinating with the Product Development team.
  6. Develop dies, jigs, and fixtures for in-house part production.
  7. Plan, organize, and control manufacturing processes.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solutions and timely delivery.
  9. Maintain resource utilization while minimizing waste and underutilization.
  10. Select machines, tools, and materials for approved products.
  11. Provide guidelines during development on design changes or improvements to the Purchase and Product Development teams.
  12. Closely coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure part quality.
  13. Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
  14. Study and prepare parts and drawings for new models and their duty structure as per government regulations.

Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for success in this role.
