Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for administering, managing, and supporting our Salesforce and Enterprise Systems applications used by customers and internal teams.

Key Tasks and Challenges
  • Provide timely support for issues related to Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
  • Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement appropriate changes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in technical support or application support roles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification is required.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.
