**Visitor Services Associate Role Summary**

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for visitors to our museum complex.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Visitor Services Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting, welcoming and engaging with them, and providing information about our museum and its offerings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a minimum of one year's experience in visitor or guest services. They will be able to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of our visitors.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the museum complex
  • Provide information about our museum and its offerings

  • Maintain focus and a professional demeanor while serving large numbers of visitors

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least one year's experience in visitor or guest services
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Computer skills essential
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
