Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to staff members at all levels.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to new teachers, as well as ongoing support and guidance to existing staff members. This includes conducting regular workshops and coaching sessions, developing customized training plans, and evaluating staff performance to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with school administrators to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess staff knowledge and skills, and provide feedback for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in teacher training or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
