We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, handling office supplies, and coordinating with various departments regarding administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and IT equipment
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings
- Coordinate with various departments regarding administrative tasks
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Run office errands as required
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and report any repairs/maintenance needed
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Proven experience as an office assistant in a similar industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times
