Java System Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the assigned system functionality by adhering to development process and quality standards.
- Designing system functionality by following development process and quality standards;
- Assisting team members in their daily work, including coding tasks;
- Monitoring/Reporting on the progress of team members;
- Coordinating testing with team members, including Junit and manual testing at unit level;
- Overseeing end-to-end system testing and deployment;
- Validating developers' deliverables against company quality metrics;
- Reporting progress and issues to project managers;
- Communicating project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders;
- Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
- Estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
- Determining resource needs for project estimation;
- Determining additional staff and/or consultant requirements;
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
- Resolving conflicts within the project team;
- Managing project dependencies and critical path;
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using suitable tools;
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables;
- Developing and delivering progress reports, documentation, and presentations;
- Preparing status reports from team analysis and troubleshooting problem areas;
- Proactively managing project scope changes and devising contingency plans;
- Supervising project team members and contractors.
