Job Description:

Programmers Force is seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, design, and integration, and will be responsible for the overall technical vision and system architecture of our projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance systems that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the overall system architecture for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure system solutions.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration and deployment of systems.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices and standards.
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into system architecture.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design specifications, and technical guidelines.
  • Ensure that system architecture meets all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in system architecture or a related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable system architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in system design and architecture tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of network architecture and protocols.
  • Experience with database design and management.
