Job Overview

As a highly skilled IT professional, you will oversee the administration, security, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure.

  • Perform daily tasks such as data center and server farm provisioning and capacity planning.
  • Develop and enforce multi-site network security measures by regular assessments and risk analysis to improve network security from cyber threats.
  • Maintain records and documentation of IT policies, SOPs, and network configurations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot server health issues, performance, and upgrade activities.
  • Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery regularly.
  • Schedule improvements, modifications, or replacement of server applications in network infrastructure.
  • Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, gateways, firewalls, and other networking infrastructure.
  • Perform daily SLA-based helpdesk activities through phone calls/email/ticketing.
  • Oversee company IT assets/inventory tagging and reconciliation with the asset database.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in organizing.
  • Must be proficient in multitasking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to act as a lead for overall networks.
