Health and Safety Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Management professional to lead our organization's efforts in maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage an occupational health and safety management system that aligns with international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards and risks to employee health and safety.
  • Communicate and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols across the organization, ensuring a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
  • Lead investigations into workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; implement corrective and preventive actions as required.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, conduct regular drills, and exercises to test their effectiveness.
  • Provide training to employees on health and safety policies, procedures, and their roles in maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional) is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in implementing and managing health and safety management systems within an ISO framework.
  • Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

Work Details:

  • Office-based position.
  • Shift Time: 10am-7pm.
  • Location: Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
