Job Title: Customer Service Manager
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of front-of-house operations. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team.
- Maximise profits by effectively managing resources and controlling costs.
- Motivate and inspire staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards by implementing changes and improvements.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and cash handling processes with accuracy and responsibility.
- Develop initiatives to increase sales revenue and meet/exceed targets.
- Oversee customer service aspects to exceed expectations.
- Develop product knowledge to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Analyse and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
- Implement Health and Safety procedures according to company standards.
- Provide detailed reports as required by management.
