Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

The Senior Financial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring that all financial obligations are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Accounts Payable Management: Supervise the accounts payable team, ensuring timely payment processing, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders on financial performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement new procedures, and standardize existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the financial operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
