User Growth Strategist

  • This role involves developing and executing user acquisition strategies across multiple platforms to drive sustainable growth.

The User Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the product, analytics, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA), managing budgets and bids, implementing app store optimization (ASO) for better conversions, analyzing data and tracking key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), developing high-performing ad creatives, staying updated on trends and competitor strategies, and collaborating with product and creative teams to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing (mobile and web), expertise in Meta, Google, ASA, and TikTok Ads, experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch, managed high monthly ad spend efficiently, strong analytical skills and data visualization experience, skilled in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
