About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in technology, cybersecurity, and AI hiring. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized tech roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage niche candidates through headhunting and market mapping strategies.
  • Screen, evaluate, and present shortlisted candidates to clients, ensuring delivery of top-tier talent.
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships with timely updates and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in technology, cybersecurity, or AI.
  • Strong knowledge of niche talent markets and sourcing strategies, with proven expertise in headhunting, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent client management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and a consultative approach.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end executive search assignments, build client relationships, and drive results-oriented recruitment strategies.

  • Holds a degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Has a proven track record of successful recruitment, with a focus on technology, cybersecurity, and AI hiring.
