Construction Project Coordinator

Job Overview

We seek an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to manage construction projects in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project plans and specifications to determine material requirements.
  • Create accurate cost estimates for clients with residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to develop project proposals.
  • Communicate with clients/team members to gather information and answer questions about the project.
  • Maintain records of project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a construction coordinator or estimator, preferably with direct experience in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and methods, preferably related to building structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace.
