Job Role Overview

This HR Executive position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a manufacturing site.

  • Submit daily overtime reports in accordance with established plans.
  • Promptly identify potential workplace safety problems and report them to relevant authorities.
  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks at the manufacturing site, maintaining safe and clean workshops.
  • Optimize vehicle fuel usage to minimize losses.
  • Procure administrative supplies, including fire extinguishers, stationery, medical equipment, water, and other essential items.
  • Maintain the security of the manufacturing premises in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department during recruitment drives, updating job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and making contact with selected applicants.
  • Process employee advances and loans.

Key Responsibilities include:

Administrative Support
  • Refill fire extinguishers.
  • Manage stationery, medical supplies, and water.
Vehicle Maintenance
  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance.
  • Optimize fuel usage.
Safety and Security
  • Ensure workshop safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain manufacturing site security.
HR Support
  • Assist with recruitment drives.
  • Process employee advances and loans.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (BBA/MBA/MPA).
