Job Overview

This role focuses on maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Support the execution of employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building initiatives that align with the organization's culture and values.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures for effective communication and adherence across the organization.
  • Provide support in performance management processes, including tracking performance review timelines and assisting managers and employees in understanding performance review procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in HR operations, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, HRIS, and employment regulations.
  • Proactive individual with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
