
Human Resources Development Manager

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce by establishing a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies to enhance the organization's workforce, encompassing planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Design and deploy a competitive compensation and benefits framework that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
3. Create and execute a training and development program aimed at improving employee performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving business success.
4. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and performance management process to ensure the hiring and retention of top talent.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, building personal networks, and participating in professional societies to foster professional growth and expertise.
6. Ensure adherence to applicable human resource regulations, promoting compliance and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required. Experience in human resources or a related field is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Educating and coaching staff is highly desirable.
