About this Role

This position entails leading the delivery of complex projects, managing client relationships, and driving team performance across multiple functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective project plans that meet client expectations.
  2. Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Prioritize business goals into actionable project plans that drive results.
Growth & Expansion Opportunities:
  1. Identify opportunities to expand services within the client organization.
  2. Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, and leadership to develop proposals for new initiatives.
Team & Operational Management:
  1. Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers, engineers, and other leads.
  2. Foster a collaborative culture aligned with our values.
  3. Enhance operational efficiencies across delivery pipelines.
Client Relationship & Communication:
  1. Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive engagement.
  2. Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and planning sessions.
  3. Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Strategic Delivery Planning:
  1. Work with leadership to evolve service offerings and delivery strategies.
  2. Identify opportunities for account expansion, optimization, and innovation.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the client's evolving needs.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, delivery, or professional services.
  3. At least 3 years in a senior management or client-facing leadership role.
  4. Strong expertise in delivery operations, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Familiarity with agile methodologies, service management frameworks, and modern delivery tools.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
  2. Hands-on with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
