Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our service operations team.

This role requires a strong understanding of service delivery processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving service efficiency, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the After-Sales Service Department, ensuring seamless commissioning of equipment and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer retention.
  • Manage and train service teams to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Operations/Maintenance or after-sales service, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in managing after-sales service operations
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Team management and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of service improvement strategies
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
