Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve developing and reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and calculations for industrial and oil & gas infrastructure projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project design & execution activities, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements. They will work closely with the project planning team to develop detailed schedules and progress trackers for different phases of the project.

  • Develop and review electrical designs, drawings, and calculations for industrial and oil & gas infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • 6 years experience in oil & gas, industrial, and/or petrochemical engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, ATEX, NEC etc) related to Electrical systems.
  • Experience of working with Electrical design / analysis software like ETAP, Dialux etc.
  • Must have know how for effort estimation for the project engineering and budgeting.
  • Shall have experience of design of Low Voltage Switchgear & MCC's, Medium Voltage Switchgear & MCC's, AC & DC UPS systems, Transformer Systems, Power Management Systems, VFD & Soft starters.
