Senior UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate our design capabilities and deliver exceptional user experiences.

  1. Gather and Analyze User Requirements: The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements to inform design decisions.
  2. Create Wireframes, Prototypes, and High-Fidelity Designs: Expert in creating wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  3. Design Intuitive Interfaces: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications that meet brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  4. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Graphic Design and Interactive Design: 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Wireframe to Bootstrap Conversion: Expert in converting XD to bootstrap, HTML, CSS.
  • Responsive Design and Accessibility: Knowledge of current design trends, guidelines, and standards, including responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency Experience or Project Management: Agency experience or ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Design Systems and Component Libraries: Experience with design systems and component libraries.
