Experienced support engineers needed to provide expert technical & customer support to international clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support system management, live chat, phone calls, support tickets/emails, and client interaction.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for Linux server administration, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
  • Administer and maintain web hosting services and servers to meet business needs and user requirements.
  • Implement server hardening, scanning, and removal of backdoors, malware, and viruses to ensure security.
  • Stay current with web application firewalls, website security technologies, server performance tuning, and other relevant areas.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with hosting control panels, Linux servers, and ticket management systems is crucial.
  • Proficient in Linux command line, shell scripting, and other related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, platforms, applications, search engines, DNS/bind, email, web servers, monitoring/NMS, clustering, rDNS, and email clients.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Xen, XenServer, VMware, and Hyper-V is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage customer VPS and dedicated servers, troubleshoot reported issues, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the web hosting industry and Linux server administration is mandatory.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, particularly Linux, is essential.
  • Maintain databases and server backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
