About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and proactive problem-solver to join our team. As an Amazon Ads specialist, you'll partner with account operations and ads teams to manage pacing, quality assurance, experiments, and reporting.

This is not just about campaign execution; we're looking for someone who wants variety, learning, and the chance to shape how we work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems, automations, and processes, and will enjoy bringing their own ideas to the table.

Our team has experience in managing multiple accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and advanced reporting with integration of Google and Meta for attribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account operations and ads teams to manage pacing, QA, experiments, and reporting.
  • Help plan, launch, and iterate Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD) and collaborate on DSP/AMC projects.
  • Build n8n workflows and use Amazon APIs to reduce manual work, such as alerts, reports, and enrichments.
  • Apply LLM/AI smartly by crafting prompts, knowing limits, and designing simple human-in-the-loop checks.
  • Turn ideas into action by proposing tests, documenting learnings, and folding wins into reusable playbooks.

Requirements:

  • You're logical, switched on, and curious – breaking problems into clean steps.
  • You learn fast, self-teach, and don't need hand-holding after the first pass.
  • You enjoy automation, basic APIs, and dabbling in SQL/Python when useful.
  • You like debating approaches, writing clear notes, and showing your work with small demos.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD), DSP, AMC templated queries.
  • n8n, basic API auth/requests, simple SQL/Python.
