Material Resource Manager Position

We seek a skilled Material Resource Manager to join our organization. In this critical role, you will oversee the planning, organizing, and managing of program material requirements to ensure successful execution of production objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of related experience and an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel. They should also have basic to intermediate skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage program material requirements for successful production objectives.
  • Support program management through analysis, oversight, and status tracking of vehicle material and support equipment costs, delivery schedules, quality, and location.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments to achieve material availability requirements for integration schedules.
  • Review and authorize material procurements and inventory transfers.
  • Apply Material Management and Accounting System principles across the program.
  • Work with Procurement and Program Management to provide revenue forecast and Estimate at Complete analysis monthly.
  • Provide comprehensive what-if analysis and data modeling upon request by program management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with all organizational levels.
