Job Summary:

The PMC Engineer is responsible for developing and executing production plans in line with sales forecasts, ensuring timely parts availability, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve smooth production operations. The role also involves monitoring material flow, BOM consumption, audits, and maintaining 6S standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop yearly, monthly, and daily production plans aligned with sales forecasts and plant capacity.

  2. Conduct OPSI meetings (T-3) to plan sales requirements and parts ordering; coordinate with Imports, PPC, and 3rd sourcing for timely procurement.

  3. Follow up on purchase orders, L/Cs, CKD/3rd source parts, and customs clearance to ensure on-time arrival at HNR.

  4. Prepare and release monthly/daily production planning data in advance, securing approvals from Production and Marketing.

  5. Ensure T-1 basis material availability for smooth production flow and coordinate with Paint Department for timely supply.

  6. Revise production plans as required to address changes in sales demand or material shortages.

  7. Monitor BOM consumption against standards, control over-usage, and track efficiency of production.

  8. Execute and oversee parts audits, claims, and supplier follow-ups (local/China) for replacements and quality improvements.

  9. Maintain 6S standards for material environment, line management, and shop floor discipline.

  10. Support monthly closing, documentation, and reporting of production planning activities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BSc/MSc Engineering/ BBA/ MBA Supply Chain.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in production planning/material control.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, BOM, and SAP (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
