Develop Digital Strategies

This individual will be a driving force in developing and executing core brand strategies in the digital space. This person will be responsible for using digital channels including web, social, and search engine marketing for lead acquisition and engagement. The position requires a clear, confident communicator with deep digital experience and a demonstrated data-driven focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for digital and social media strategy across all current social platforms.
  • Accountable for social media content creation.
  • Conceive, create, and execute innovative online media and social marketing programs.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Keep the organization up to date with the latest technologies; including researching and evaluating a variety of online, social media tools to identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • MBA with specialization in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative/editorial copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Experience of working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with a variety of online content management systems.
  • Expert in managing digital production and managing projects on top of monitoring social accounts.
  • Contacts and well-developed relationships across relevant online press channels; experience executing social public relations campaigns.
  • Expert in digital analytics and media tracking tools.
  • Wide understanding of digital marketing solutions including: digital advertising, web and mobile sites, social media, SEO & SEM, digital media, CRM, e-commerce, technology, and analytics.
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Percolate, Radian6, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills in a variety of different mediums and styles.
  • A solid understanding of ethical search engine optimization techniques.
  • Able to respond quickly and think concisely under pressure.
  • Exhibits flexibility, determination, and enthusiasm.
  • Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle the job on a 24/7 basis as necessary.
