Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A degree in Marketing or a related field;
  2. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior leadership role;
  3. Proven track record of success in driving online engagement and conversions;
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions;
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising;
  7. Familiarity with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics;
  8. Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement;
