Job Title: Email Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Email Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Instantly.AI and Apollo.io. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and sending targeted cold emails, scraping leads, and optimizing email campaigns to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cold email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Research and scrape leads using Apollo.io, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Craft compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs using Instantly.AI.
  • Optimize email campaigns for better open rates, click-through rates, and response rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in cold email marketing, lead generation, or sales outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly.AI and Apollo.io.
  • Proven track record of success in driving conversions through cold email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
