Lead Generation Manager

A Lead Generation Manager is needed to drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, managing the sales process, and developing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet with clients, present products/services, and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain relationships with clients to increase sales.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Update leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Align marketing and internal strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely conversion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
