Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary E2E Quality Assurance Strategist to lead and transform our quality assurance practices across telecommunications software initiatives. This role requires a senior leader with deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to elevate quality standards, accelerate delivery, and drive innovation at scale.

This individual will own the end-to-end quality strategy, aligning it with business goals and evolving technology trends in the dynamic telco industry.

  • Define and champion the long-term SQA vision and strategy that supports business objectives and market differentiation in telecommunications.
  • Lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives spanning software development, network operations, and service delivery to embed quality as a competitive advantage.
  • Analyze and review end-to-end architecture and solution designs to ensure testability, robustness, and alignment with quality goals.
  • Critically evaluate proposed solutions, including UI/UX aspects, ensuring they meet functional and usability standards within the E2E solution context.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance with progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in architect or strategic leadership roles. They should possess deep expertise in telco technologies and systems: OSS/BSS, 5G/LTE, network protocols, virtualization, cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 13+ years in software quality assurance with progressive leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing quality strategies in complex telecommunications environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary QA teams.
  • Expertise in automation strategy, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/DevOps quality integration.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
