Job Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehousing activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, leading a warehouse team, and ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control.
  • Plan, organize, and manage overall warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Monitor and review monthly scorecards and KPIs to ensure performance meets targets.
  • Manage overall headcount, including direct labor and temporary labor.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of space and resources.
  • Implement safety, security, environmental, and quality standards through inspections.
  • Manage stock control, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Identify training needs and maintain a safe working environment for operational staff.
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce adherence to customer SOPs, quality protocols, and operational guidelines.
  • Prepare for and lead customer, third-party, and internal audits.
  • Prepare periodic reports on inventory, daily operations, and inbound/outbound operations as required.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
  • Positive team-player attitude and exceptional work ethic.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and documentation protocols.
