Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager with one year of experience in sales management. This professional will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all records related to sales activities.
  3. Maintain effective communication with clients through cell phone calls and other means.
  4. Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive sales growth and revenue.
  5. Provide guidance and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Prepare and submit weekly reports to senior management highlighting key sales performance metrics.

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
  2. At least one year of experience in sales management or a related field.
  3. Fluency in both English and Urdu languages (written and spoken).
  4. A pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in using Google Drive for record-keeping and collaboration.
  6. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
  7. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while achieving results-driven goals.
