**Job Description**

A Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a quality system that meets the needs of a woven & knit garment export unit working with big brands.

This role involves leading a team of QC's, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and maintaining a quality system, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of Quality Control personnel. They should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve overall quality performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  2. Addressing non-conformities identified during previous internal and external audits.
  3. Leading a Management Review of the Quality System to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Ensuring that organizational systems and training are in place to support quality objectives.
  5. Preparing the organization for ISO 9001 audit by ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  6. Administering document control and configuration management system to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  7. Overseeing established calibration and testing program to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
  8. Providing QA support to the management team as needed, while maintaining Design History File records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of Quality Control personnel.

They will have experience in implementing and maintaining a quality system, with a strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
