Project Coordinator Opportunity

This is an exciting job opportunity to work as a full-time Project Coordinator for our organization. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in project management/client management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee budget/costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Attend/conduct client meetings and assist with determining project requirements.
  • Develop strategies to improve client handling and communication.
  • Chair site meetings, distribute minutes to team members.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Help project teams identify and resolve issues ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to project-related queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent education.
  • Professional certification(s) in Project Management desirable.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficient in managing data and MS Office skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations.
