Job Title: Lead Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee our projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

■ Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

■ Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

■ Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

■ Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring that costs are aligned with project budgets.

■ Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Autocad, Primavera P6, and other relevant software tools.
