We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to drive the technical direction of our web presence. This role involves overseeing the entire development lifecycle, managing a team of developers, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.

About the Job
  • Lead end-to-end development of web applications and websites across various industries.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level developers and establish coding standards.
  • Design scalable architecture and maintain clean coding practices.
  • Translate business requirements into robust web solutions.
Full Stack Development
  • Front-end: Develop responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Back-end: Develop RESTful APIs and business logic using Node.js, PHP (Laravel), or Python (Django/Flask).
  • Database: Design and manage relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, CMSs, and analytics tools.
Project Management
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan sprints and allocate tasks.
  • Monitor development progress and provide status updates.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
Client Communication
  • Participate in client calls to gather technical requirements and provide progress updates.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-6 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
  • Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express.js, PHP (Laravel), or Python (Django/Flask).
  • Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
  • Familiarity with web hosting platforms and DevOps basics.
  • Working knowledge of SEO-friendly web development.
