Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our team. This position involves responsibilities such as attendance management, time optimization, scheduling coordination, and onboarding procedures aimed at maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) that enhance customer experience and team efficiency.

You will work closely with various departments to coordinate schedules, manage grievances, and support product launches, helping to make our organization a top destination for talent and a leader in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight & Efficiency Improvement: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, identify and resolve inefficiencies, promote adherence to company culture, and ensure professionalism and accountability.
  2. Workforce Management & Scheduling: Coordinate shift assignments, optimize shift planning, and ensure full coverage for compliance, activations, and customer interactions.
  3. Attendance, Leave & Grievance Handling: Track attendance, handle grievances confidentially, and enforce scheduling policies.
  4. Onboarding, Hiring & Resource Planning: Assess staffing needs, oversee onboarding, and manage shift swaps with proper documentation.
  5. Product Launch Coordination & Compliance: Ensure team readiness for launches, align schedules, and maintain operational flexibility.
  6. Equipment & Data Management: Oversee equipment assignment and maintenance, and update team data for record-keeping and performance insights.
  7. Extra Duty Allowance (EDA) & Reporting: Manage EDA and generate workforce efficiency reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, with 2+ years in operations or similar roles.
  • Operational Knowledge: Understanding resource management, policies on leave/overtime, crisis management, and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data tracking, analysis, and Excel formulas.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and customer-service mindset.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and resolve issues effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with operational software and tools.
