Job Title:

Human Resource Generalist


Description:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resource functions.


Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues.
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Manage the processing of terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Conduct background checks on new hires and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT services environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
