Job Title: Business Analysis Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analysis Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality business analysis projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business analysis projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Mentor and coach junior business analysts to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
