About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Office Assistant to join our team. In this full-time on-site role, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and teams
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Assist with various tasks, projects, and initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Administrative Support, Scheduling, and Correspondence Management skills
  • Organization and Time Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Office Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous
