Job Overview

The Team Lead is a vital role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the activities of Civil team workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the activities of Civil team workers, including assisting in planning and organizing.
  • Deliver Civil Projects in accordance with predetermined schedules and objectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the required standards within the designated timeframe and budget.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and accurately record resources used.
  • Proven experience in planning, design, supervision, and monitoring is essential for this role.
Requirements:
  • A graduate in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years of professional experience in the telecom industry is preferred. Normal Civil Engineers can also apply with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to measure and calculate work requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Able to plan, organize, prioritize resources, and staff, including own time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Information Technology systems is mandatory.
