We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.">

Team & Stakeholder Management:

The successful candidate will coordinate with developers, QA teams, designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on project goals. They will act as the main point of contact between offshore teams and clients, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Oversight:

">

The Technical Project Manager will ensure the team follows best practices in software development, DevOps, and cloud solutions. They will identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.

Agile & Process Management:

">

The ideal candidate will implement and enforce Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). They will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Software Development Leadership roles.">
  • Strong technical background in software development, cloud technologies, and system architecture.">
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.">
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.">
  • Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed projects.">
  • Strong knowledge of project tracking tools.">
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.">
