Job Title: Invoicing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end invoicing process in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payments.
  • Monitor POs on various portals to identify updates, changes, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely updates to the PO tracker, reflecting new, modified, or canceled orders.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate or conflicting entries on multiple platforms.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and compliant invoices via multiple portals.
  • Monitor payment receipts and update invoice statuses accordingly.
  • Maintain real-time revenue tracking for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation and approvals for invoicing.
  • Coordinate with external teams to address billing issues or clarify PO status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
  • At least 2 years of experience in invoicing, finance operations, or order management.
  • Prior experience in the telecom industry is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms and systems is beneficial.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data tracking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
